This is an on-site position in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The Customer Support Specialist will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. This role is responsible for orders received via fax or email and ensuring orders are flowing through the system properly.

The responsibilities of the Demand Planner include sales forecasting at the product and customer level, as well as inventory analysis and management. This position works closely with business unit managers and other key stakeholders, and is responsible for continuously improving forecasting models, leveraging qualitative and quantitative analytics.

As both the sales and marketing representative of Mizuno Running, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible to sell, promote, and market the Mizuno brand to “Top of the Pyramid” retailers, in alignment with company strategy. This role will drive sell-thru of Mizuno Running products by educating the Customer (i.e. store staff) about our Running products and establishing personal relationships between

the Customer and the Brand. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct educational clinics for store staff, identify and develop relationships with leading influencers within selected stores, and develop opportunities to showcase the Mizuno Brand through grass roots promotions.

This is an on-site position in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Credit Representative I will be required to achieve and maintain the most current AR portfolio for a given territory, which includes a reduction in DSO by performing any and all functions necessary to resolve all open AR.

As the DTC Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Mizuno's ecommerce channels by leading quality assurance efforts for both ecommerce operations and customer experience. In this role, you will work directly with customers to ensure positive experiences are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include supporting operations, customer service, product reviews, and contributing to various projects, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will resolve and communicate operational system issues, develop and document operational processes, and optimize return procedures.

 As both the sales and marketing representative of Mizuno Golf, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible to sell, promote, and market the Mizuno brand to green-grass and off-course retailers at the “Top of the Pyramid”. The Territory Sales Manager ensures the proper channel mix within the account base (e.g., on-course, off-course) in alignment with company strategy and adhering to the corporate philosophy of quality, commitment, and service.

This is an on-site position in Atlanta, Georgia. The Brand Experience Specialist maximizes the Experience Center's sales through effective selling, service, and thorough product knowledge, putting the guest at the center of all we do and exhibiting passion for the Mizuno Brand. This position creates a legendary experience that encourages the guest to establish a long relationship with our brand. Additionally, individuals in this role contribute to the successful and efficient functioning of the Brand Experience Center through collaboration and teamwork.

The Trade Customs Compliance Administrator oversees and directs import and export operations in compliance with tariff and customs regulations. This role creates customs documentation and ensures that shipments comply with applicable import and export laws.
