Custom Compliance Specialist
This job description is for the primary person responsible for performing and managing a variety of tasks/activities related to the Import Customs Compliance operations of Mizuno USA. Customs Compliance activities include HTS classification of apparel/footwear/sporting goods equipment products, management of ISA, CEE, CPSC, C-TPAT, FTZ programs, and working with the Customs broker and external advisors on a daily basis.

The Team Sales Center of Excellence (TSCOE) supports Mizuno’s businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Teams consisting of Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Representatives (CSRs) work alongside Dealers, Promotional Partners and Organizations to secure Mizuno Team business with amateur sports organizations within their assigned territories.
AR Credit Specialist
Responsible for ensuring the proper recording of payment information to a customer's account. Follows established procedures for cash applications. Analyze short pays, chargebacks, disputes or any other irregularity in payments and notifies credit representative. Verify, investigate and resolve customer disputes/deductions. Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely and accurate cash applications. Ensures Sales & Use Tax compliance including but not limited to on-going and timely maintenance of resale exemption certificates.
The Credit Analyst is responsible for utilizing broad knowledge and experience in credit and collection theory, principles, and application in evaluating risk of new and existing trade accounts in alignment with company and sales goals. Analyst is expected to perform and document detailed analysis and make credit decisions on trade credit up to $350K using experience and independent judgement and also make recommendations to Credit Manager for credit extension above authority level.
Assoc. Marketing Manager
The overall role of the Team Sports - Associate Marketing Manager is to support the product category managers in helping bring products to market and create consumer demand. This role is responsible for helping Team Sports execute long-term strategy of the division and its product focuses, and for developing and executing marketing plans to support that focus. This role is responsible for executing day to day marketing operations to ensure on-time delivery of assets at product launches, social media planning and execution, assistance in content creation.
