Customer Support Specialist 

This is an on-site position in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The Customer Support Specialist will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. This role is responsible for orders received via fax or email and ensuring orders are flowing through the system properly.

Demand Planner

The responsibilities of the Demand Planner include sales forecasting at the product and customer level, as well as inventory analysis and management. Marketing Specialist – Team Sports

The role of the Marketing Specialist is to support product category managers in bringing products to market and creating consumer demand. This role is responsible for helping execute the long-term strategy of the division and its product focus points, and for developing and executing digital marketing plans to support that focus. Along with executing day to day social media and digital marketing operations to ensure on-time delivery of assets at product launches, this individual will assist in content creation, and support in-person trade show events and tournaments. They are accountable for working within a team first environment to help drive divisional profit, volume, and market share objectives.

Golf Territory Sales Manager - (East, Central PA)

Brand Experience Specialist

This is an on-site position in Atlanta, Georgia. Uniform Designer

The Uniform Design Specialist (UDS) designs, creates, and produces artwork files for custom sports uniforms and teamwear that is suitable for DTF (direct to film), heat transfers, and embroidery applications.  The UDS collaborates with internal and external customers to understand design needs, provide design templates, and satisfy custom product order requirements.

Territory Sales Manager – Running (Washington D.C. Metro Area)

As both the sales and marketing representative of Mizuno Running, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible to sell, promote, and market the Mizuno brand to “Top of the Pyramid” retailers, in alignment with company strategy. This role will drive sell-thru of Mizuno Running products by educating the Customer (i.e. store staff) about our Running products and establishing personal relationships between the Customer and the Brand. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct educational clinics for store staff, identify and develop relationships with leading influencers within selected stores, and develop opportunities to showcase the Mizuno Brand through grass roots promotions.
