Customer Support Specialist
The Customer Support Specialist will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. This role is responsible for orders received via fax or email and ensuring orders are flowing through the system properly.
Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time)
The Accounts Payable Clerk has responsibility for accounts payable to overseas vendors. This individual is also required to help to make some of reports of the company’s activities and to assist any other projects as assigned. This is a part-time role, normally expected to work 15-25 hours per week. Up to two (2) days per week of remote work may be allowed after the initial training period has been completed.
Technical Representative – Golf Fitting
Responsible for conducting Demo Days / Fitting Days on a periodic basis throughout the calendar year at the request of MIZUNO. During Demo Days / Fitting Days, the Tech Rep will be responsible for conducting the Demo Day / Fitting Day to educate customers and consumers about Mizuno golf products and fit those customers or consumers for golf products using the Mizuno Performance Fitting System. The Tech Rep Employee will conduct Demo Days at assigned golf courses and pro shops.
Credit Representative 1
Credit Representative I will be required to achieve and maintain the most current AR portfolio for a given territory, which includes a reduction in DSO by performing any and all functions necessary to resolve all open AR.
Associate Footwear Designer (Running)
Working in collaboration with the global footwear design team, the Associate Footwear Designer assists the Footwear Designer in the process of creating running footwear designs that apply the global footwear design direction to local market needs. They will further the evolution of Mizuno footwear designs as leading-edge, high-performance products in appearance, fit, and function.
Associate Apparel Developer
The Apparel Development team designs and develops apparel specifically for the North American market. Receiving direction from product teams in the Team Sports, Running and Golf divisions, the Apparel Development team creates truly unique products that meet Mizuno’s global brand standards, delivered on-time and in-budget. The primary responsibility of the Associate Apparel Developer is to develop seasonal material assortments that will be utilized in Mizuno USA’s apparel development.
The Associate Apparel Developer will also aid and monitor all trim developments by maintaining and approving color standards and processes across all product categories. This role reports directly to the Apparel Development Manager and works collaboratively with Product, Design, and Technical Design teams.
The ideal candidate is creative and passionate about developing product. They welcome the opportunity to work on a highly collaborative team with cross-functional support and is willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
Senior Programmer Analyst
The Senior Programmer Analyst’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications to meet business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Programmer Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications in existing systems. This role will participate in decisions concerning future system development, recommend new software development tools, and help end users with questions or problems as they arise.
Junior Web Developer
The Junior Web Developer will assist with the design, programming, and troubleshooting of the organization’s existing website and related applications using scripting languages.
The Technical Analyst provides support in a wide variety of technology disciplines to ensure proper computer operation, so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. This position works closely with IT systems engineers, programmers, and vendors/consultants. The role involves support of networking hardware, software, and infrastructure, O365 administration, and assistance with IBM Notes user tasks.
