The Customer Support Specialist will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. This role is responsible for orders received via fax or email and ensuring orders are flowing through the system properly.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the point person of the sales process, responsible for generating and converting potential leads into opportunities for Mizuno Team Sales. The SDR performs a wide variety of activities focused on generating and qualifying sales leads, and managing hand-off and support to the Account Executive. The Sales Development Representative develops a deep knowledge of their assigned market and its potential for gaining new business.

Credit Representative I will be required to achieve and maintain the most current AR portfolio for a given territory, which includes a reduction in DSO by performing any and all functions necessary to resolve all open AR.

The Brand Experience Specialist maximizes the Experience Center's sales through effective selling, service, and thorough product knowledge, putting the guest at the center of all we do and exhibiting passion for the Mizuno Brand. This position creates a legendary experience that encourages the guest to establish a long relationship with our brand. Additionally, individuals in this role contribute to the successful and efficient functioning of the Brand Experience Center through collaboration and teamwork.

The Junior Web Developer will assist with the design, programming, and troubleshooting of the organization’s existing website and related applications using scripting languages.

As both the sales and marketing representative of Mizuno Running, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible to sell, promote, and market the Mizuno brand to “Top of the Pyramid” retailers, in alignment with company strategy. This role will drive sell-thru of Mizuno Running products by educating the Customer (i.e. store staff) about our Running products and establishing personal relationships between

the Customer and the Brand. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct educational clinics for store staff, identify and develop relationships with leading influencers within selected stores, and develop opportunities to showcase the Mizuno Brand through grass roots promotions.
